I want to say a big, big thank you to the lovely people who offered prizes for the sponsored giveaways. I buy the prizes for the grand giveaway, blog hop, and challenges out of my own pocket, but I can’t afford any more. So it’s fabulous that these shops (and a band) are helping to make this weekend super fun! Thank you!

I tried something new with this classy, starry, card – by making the sky white and the stars black and pink. And the sky is twinkly but the stars are matte. Turning things around like this is a fun way to make something stand out! Just think of the other ‘upwards’ possibilities – a blue moon on a yellow sky? A sunset-coloured hot-air balloon on a black sky? Blue clouds on a grey sky? I’m going to try these out!
