Frosty Festivities Christmas & Winter

Frosty Finale – The Wrap Up Post!

(This post is part of my Frosty Festivities 2013 Blog Event)

Well, it’s the end of a very festive weekend! Have you enjoyed it? I hope so!

Sorry the schedule went a bit awry, it’s been a bit hectic here trying to get the posts finished off. I ended up skipping a couple, but the projects will be on the blog eventually so that’s okay, right?!

I’m going to list all the Giveaway and Challenge posts so you can check you haven’t missed something important. But first of all I want to say a big thank you to the two giveaway sponsors:

PicMonkey Collage

I’m very grateful to my friends Sarah at SJ Crafts and Clair at Obstinate Pursuit. Thanks so much lovely ladies, for helping my event by sponsoring a giveaway each. I really really appreciate it! Please think of them next time you want to do a little shopping! (Remember Clair has a discount code which expires on Tuesday).

Okay, here’s links to all the giveaways {GIVEAWAYS NOW CLOSED – CHALLENGES STILL OPEN!}:

The Grand Giveaway {now closed}

The Blog Hop Giveaway {now closed}

A Giveaway Sponsored by SJ Crafts {now closed}

A Giveaway Sponsored by Obstinate Pursuit {now closed}

The Old Stash Giveaway {now closed}

And links to all the challenges (these are open until next Sunday the 17th of November at 10.59pm GMT, so you have a week to enter!):

A Challenge to Be Inspired

A Challenge to Embrace The Busy

A Challenge to Add a Little Frosting

A Challenge to Use Red and Blue

Will that keep you going?!

I also want to say a big thanks TO YOU! Thank you for coming to the event and reading the posts. I wouldn’t be here without you! Reading all your comments is so much fun. I’ll be doing this all over again 6 months or so. I already know my theme, but you’ll have to wait and see! If you have any comments on what you’d like to see more of next time, or any tips on what would make it easier for you to enjoy, then please let me know. You can tell me in the comments or you can email me at jennifergrace (at) hotmail (dot) co (dot) uk.

Here’s a final bit of inspiration. This was in the Fall Issue of PaperHaus, so the cover is more autumnal that wintry, but it could easily be adapted. And it’s about thanks, so it seems appropriate to show it on this post…

Book of Thanks:

Book of Thanks by Jennifer Grace Book of Thanks by Jennifer Grace

I hollowed out the book using a craft knife, and ran Mod-Podge around the inside edges of the compartment to keep it strong. A Christmas related one of these would be very cool, filled with advent ideas or Christmas lists!

Finally, if you’ve enjoyed the event, please support me in any way you can. This could be you following my rss or news emails (aweber form in sidebar), following on bloglovin or your chosen reader, by telling other people about the event, by pinning or sharing the projects you like, or by gifting a little money via the ‘Support Jennifer Grace Creates’ paypal button at the bottom of the sidebar (which will go straight back into blog developments or giveaway prizes). If you can’t do any of these I totally understand – no harm in asking, right?!

I wish you all a very happy, merry, fantastically festive holiday season!

  2. You are amazing! So much inspiration. You have gotten me off to a good start (too brain weary to even think about Christmas until now), but I am headed in the right direction now, thanks to you. Thank you so much for gifting all of us your events!

  3. Another successful frosty weekend. Thank you for putting it on for us. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I do. I know that it is tons of work for you to do it, and I hope it doesn’t become too much for you. Thanks again. Here’s looking forward to the next one. (FYI, I don’t know why I didn’t receive my email to participate in this one but will be sure to check in on you for the next one, if you don’t mind.)

  4. Your Thank you book is amazing. I love the idea. Thank you for all the inspiration the last few days. I am playing catch up on all the commenting since my phone would let me look but not comment for some reason. I would love to see the next one when you have it all ready to go. I am so glad you will be doing another one. This was really fun.
