I’ve got a new scrapbook layout process video to share with you today! This one features a triangle pattern that was inspired by the crazy paving in the photo – paving which I ‘helped’ my Great Uncle to lay when I was four years old, and played on with my brother often in our childhood years. I snapped this photo of my two kids playing on the same paving and smiled to think of all those years gone by!
I had a lot of fun mixing up the colours and styles of the paper for my triangle pattern. To see how I put the whole page together you can watch this video:

I added the glitter star by the title after I’d finished recording and packed away the camera – because I found the packet of stars on the floor:
Inking the edges of the triangles helped them to stand out much better against the background:
I like how the tree makes the page look more like a scene:
